Former Pupil - Christopher

The charity chooses to support whole school activities rather than individual pupils but has recently made an exception for one particularly gifted child. We learned that the future for one pupil with particularly impressive academic results was looking bleak because his parents are both terminally ill and there is no money to pay the school fees, books, uniform costs etc required to enable him to take a place at an elite secondary boarding school. He achieved one of the top marks in the whole of Zambia and was described by the Ministry of Education as one of the cream of the nation. We are very proud that he is testament to the high standards achieved at the Good Samaritan Ministries School. With our support he is now taking up his place at Chongwe High School in February, which will not only educate him but help with his ongoing pastoral need.
