Who we are

A small charity with a practical focus.

MAD4Kids exists to support children and school communities in Zambia with practical help that improves daily life and strengthens education.

That can include classrooms, teacher housing, food, water, and other essentials that help children learn in a safer, more stable environment.

How we work

Oversight in the UK, delivery through trusted local partners.

  • UK trustees provide oversight, accountability, and direction for the charity’s work.
  • Local partners in Zambia help identify needs, manage projects, and stay connected to each school community.
  • Together, this helps us give practical support with care, continuity, and local understanding.

Trustees

Our current trustees

Our trustees help guide the charity, support decision-making, and ensure funds are used responsibly in line with our mission.

As a small charity, trustee oversight matters. The team helps make sure support is carefully directed, relationships are maintained well, and decisions stay aligned with the charity’s purpose.

Partners

Our partners in Zambia

Our local partners play a vital role in helping support reach the schools and communities we serve. Their local knowledge, commitment, and day-to-day involvement make practical projects possible.

Timothy Malama

Timothy Malama

Timothy Malama is our main partner at Good Samaritan Ministries School in Lusaka. He continues the work started by his parents, Bishop Alick and Selina Malama, who created the school to support children who were too poor to attend state school. We remain in regular contact with Timothy, and he plays a key role in helping the school continue to grow and serve its community.

Charles Dinda

Charles Dinda

Charles Dinda helps oversee our projects in the Monze area through the Zambia Women and Girls Foundation (ZaWGF), a registered non-government organisation based in Monze, Zambia. His background in education, advocacy, and community leadership has helped support practical improvements, including classroom refurbishment and teacher housing.
